The year 1921 was very tough for the citizens of Khabarovsk. Several times the city changed hands between the 'White' and the 'Red' army. Hence covers are known franked with the DVR-issue stamps or with old Imperial Arms stamps.

This is a very interesting postal history cover, showing the very scarce use of the "DVR" (=FER)  issue in Khabarovsk.
