Item Description
I've decided to dismantle my stamp collection, which has taken me over thirty years to build.
This 19th century classic is being offered as depicted in the listing's photographs.
The accompanying description for the perforated 15 series of 1857-60 from my 1978 H.E. Harris + Co, Inc. Liberty Stamp Album reads as follows:
"These were the first perforated stamps! They were enthusiastically welcomed, because previous stamps were usually cut apart with scissors. This issue includes the identical 1851-56 denominations, plus the much needed 24¢, 30¢ and 90¢ values for foreign mail and large postage amounts.”
It will be shipped with tracking via USPS Ground Advantage.
Thanks for looking, and hopefully bidding!
