This is an outstanding example of the iconic SG137 five pound orange. The cancel is dated February 6, 1895 at the Lombard Street Post Office in the EC (East Central) area of the City of London. I bought this item from an award-winning American dealer back in 2000, hence the New Jersey certificate citing Scott Catalog number 93 rather than the SG number. This is a wonderful opportunity to buy a memorable Christmas present for that "special person" who may well be otherwise identified as "yourself". Go on, you know you want to!!
