$2.95-$7.90 economy airmail without tracking number (sent strictly at buyer's risk!),
or
$14.95-$35.00 for registered / insured airmail with tracking number (listed as "Standard Shipping" by Ebay),
or
$50.00-$150.00 for Express Mail (with insurance) with tracking number, or by Fedex courier.

Registered/insured airmail or Express Mail may be required for more valuable sendings, depending on payment method (generally if above $40 when paid by Paypal), and country of buyer (all sendings to for example Russia & former republics / Latin America / India / China etc must be by registered airmail or Express Mail).
Purchases that are around $1000 or above will generally only be sent by Express Mail as from experience that is the safest shipping method.
