US #114a (3c ultramarine 1869), uncommon without grill variety, unused original gum previously hinged. Off center to top and with a natural paper inclusion noted on the accompanying certificate (PF 1986), but sound and not at all common.For those of you keeping track, this stamp was last sold by Siegel for $950 plus premium, in 2013 (Sale 1054 lot 451). Seemed cheap to me then... we'll see if eBay agrees!

Any item that sells for more than $100 (that doesn't have a certificate already) can be sent for a certificate (PSE or PF or other if agreed upon in advance) and if it comes back any way other than as described I'll take it back and pay for the cert as well.
