Item Description

These are a bit mysterious to me. I believe they are German, but are not in the Forbin guide? Could that be because they were made after 1909?
Fantastic condition, most have most of the gum.
There are values written in pencil on the back of each stamp. They vary from "150" to "500". They add up to 92.25
I do not know when those numbers were written, if they are catalog values, or what currency it is.
